September through June, except Christmas and New Year holidays:
Sunday through Thursday $260/night; Friday and Saturday $290/night (1st 2 persons); $35/night/additional person.
July and August:
Sunday through Thursday $275/night (1st 2 persons); Friday and Saturday $295/night (1st 2 persons) $35/night/additional person.
Special holidays minimum arrival and departure days:
Martin Luther King weekend -- arrive Friday and depart Sunday; longer stays are welcome and get 7% price reduction of lodging cost if reserve for 7 consecutive nights.
President's Day weekend -- arrive Friday and depart Monday; longer stays are welcome and get 7% price reduction of lodging costs if reserve for 7 consecutive nights.
Memorial Day weekend -- arrive Friday and depart Monday; longer stays are welcome and get 7% price reduction of lodging costs if reserve for 7 consecutive nights.
Labor Day weekend -- arrive Friday and depart Monday; longer stays are welcome and get 7% price reduction of lodging costs if reserve for 7 consecutive nights.

Weekly rate:
7% off lodging costs of your reservation, if you reserve 7 consecutive nights except in July and August.
Thanksgiving and New Years holiday rate:
Thanksgiving: $280 (first 2 persons); $35/additional person.
Thanksgiving reservation needs to be at least arriving Wednesday and departing Sunday. Longer stays are welcome and get 7% price reduction of lodging cost if reserve for 7 consecutive nights.
Christmas eve $350, Christmas $375 (1st 2 persons); $35/night/additional person.
Christmas reservation needs to be least arriving December 23 and departing December 27. Longer reservations are welcome. 2024 Christmas has been reserved.
New Years reservation needs to be arriving December 29 and departing at least January 2. Longer stays are welcome.
December 29 and 30: $330/night (first 2 persons); $35/night/additional person.
December 31: $435 (first 2 persons); $35/additional person.
HARMONY LODGE POLICIES:
Children age 24 months and younger stay for free.
Pet (dog) welcome -- Dog $30/night.
(No service animal cats due to owner allergy.)
Cleaning fee $135.
Harmony Lodge will immediately contact Tenant if leave electronics or jewelry. Other items will be donated to charity, after Harmony Lodge keeps items safe for 60 days after Tenant reservation departure date.
Check-in 4:00 p.m. Checkout 11:00 a.m.

Any items stolen or damaged could be charged to your card.
Tenant is required to inform Harmony Lodge in advance at 206-650-5390 before additional persons/dog not registered in advance visit for either a day or an overnight during the registered Tenant stay at Harmony Lodge. $45 per day per additional person and $35 per day per additional pet not registered in advance with Harmony Lodge will be charged to the registered Tenant plus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior to reservation arrival date: 100% refund minus 4% processing fee.
29-15 days prior to reservation arrival date –- no refund if dates cannot be re-reserved by someone else. If re-reserve occurs, refund 85% minus 4% processing fee.
14 days, prior to reservation date, to reservation arrival date -- no refund if dates cannot be re-reserved by someone else. If re-reserve occurs, refund 50% minus 4% processing fee.
